This is our technical concept for maximum grip: We use rPETG for a highly stable rim that won't warp. The tread is made of flexible rTPU. This rubber-like plastic adapts to the ground and provides mechanical traction – ideal for wet slopes and difficult terrain.

Q: How is the environmental impact reduced?

We use 100% recycled plastics recovered from European industrial waste. Through additive manufacturing, we also produce 'on-demand' in Germany. This means: No unnecessary warehousing, no long transport routes from overseas, and a drastic reduction in material waste.

rPETG: The same material as PET bottles, but recycled. It is tough, impact-resistant, and chemical-resistant.
rABS/rTPU: Technical solutions for outdoor use. Whether it's high UV stability (rABS) or flexible, non-slip surfaces (rTPU) – perfect for your garden needs.

Honesty & Transparency

We don't practice greenwashing. Plastic remains plastic – but we use it responsibly. Our filament is recovered from industrial waste or recycled packaging within the EU.

Furthermore, we produce "On Demand" or in small batches directly on-site. This eliminates long transport routes from overseas and prevents unnecessary overproduction.

The rim made of high-stability rPETG ensures the necessary torsional stiffness, while the tread consists of flexible rTPU. This rubber-like material provides incomparable mechanical grip while protecting your lawn significantly more than pure metal spikes.

Weather Resistance Without Compromise

Garden items are exposed to extreme conditions. Our products made from recycled PETG (rPETG) feature excellent UV and chemical resistance. Whether scorching heat or biting frost – the molecular structure of our technical polymers prevents the brittleness often seen in conventional injection-molded items. Can 3D printing in the garden withstand sun and frost? +

Absolutely. Our garden products are manufactured from technical polymers such as rPETG and rTPU. These materials are UV-stable and easily withstand temperatures from -20°C to +80°C. Unlike standard plastics, our material hardly fades and does not become brittle even in frost.
